At ALPConnect, we ship with care and speed to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and delivery preference.
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
We carefully package each item to protect its quality in transit and minimize environmental impact where possible. For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please review all details at checkout or contact us directly for questions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, items must be:

With all tags attached and in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, email returns@alpconnect.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
